As an Authorized IBM Independent Training location, TeamCentric meets IBM's stringent requirements for maintaining this certification. Notes/Domino technical courses are conducted by our staff of IBM Certified Instructors who have a broad depth of knowledge and practical experience with the Notes/Domino products and are certified to teach both the core and advanced technical courses. The courseware used in the classes was developed and tested by IBM Education, and provides students with useful reference materials they take back to their office to reinforce topics learned in class.

Instructor-led training has proven its value as the ideal setting to provide students the opportunity to quickly learn computer technology. Most Lotus Domino/Notes training courses are designed around task-based, hands-on exercises that simulate typical real-world job functions. The classroom setting also offers students contact with an experienced professional who can address specific student needs and questions throughout the course.

30 Days Free Support on the software and subject matter covered in the course is included with the enrollment -- so when students return to the office and starts working with Domino/Notes, they have a resource for help if they have questions or problems with Notes functions.

Refunds & Cancellations: Registrants who cancel at least seven business days prior to the class will receive a full refund. TeamCentric reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment.
