Management Services
TeamCentric’s Domino Management Service is a Domino systems administration service offering designed for organizations that do not have either the adequate staffing or the required skills to maintain their Domino/Notes infrastructure. This service may also be used to supplement your current Domino/Notes staff.
TeamCentric provides a variety of services that may be tailored based on an organization’s requirements. Service schedules and pricing are based on the number of servers. Our objective is to develop a cost effective plan that ensures efficient operation and maintenance of the Domino environment.
A typical Domino Management Service Agreement would include the following for a 1-2 Server environment:
- Assigned Account Manager and Systems Consultant.
- Up to 15 hours of services per month, which can be used as phone support or on-site. All additional requested hours are at a discounted rate.
- Phone Support, 2 Named Callers
- 2 Hour minimum on-site, rather than the standard 4 hour minimum. No travel time charged within the St. Louis area.
- Server Monitoring Service - Servers would be configured to mail Reports and Error events to TeamCentric for review. Server log analysis and potential problem identification analysis will also be performed during maintenance visits.
- Scheduled On-site Maintenance Visits - These would be available as part of the 15 hours of service per month.
- Pager Quick Response Service - Additional fee applies.
All individuals providing this service would be experienced IBM Certified Professionals.
