Transition Services

TeamCentric’s Domino Transition Service is a Domino systems administration service offering designed for organizations that do not have either the adequate staffing or the required skills to transition their Domino/Notes infrastructure to the latest version of Domino. This service may also be used to supplement your current Domino/Notes staff.

TeamCentric provides a variety of services that may be tailored based on an organization’s requirements. A typical Domino Transition Service engagement would include the following activities:

  • Project Initiation Consulting
  • Transition Plan Preparation
  • Test/Validation Services
  • Pilot Implementation
  • Latest Release Rollout to General Population Services
  • Implementation of New Release 6 Application Features

During the Transition Project, TeamCentric would provide the following:
  • Assigned Account Manager and Systems Consultant..
  • Phone Support, 2 Named Callers
  • 2 Hour minimum on-site, rather than the standard 4 hour minimum. No travel time charged within the St. Louis area.
  • Pager Quick Response Service - Additional fee applies.

All individuals providing this service would be experienced IBM Certified Professionals.
